Hunger

India is home for around 1.38 billion peoples and fifth largest GDP in the world. but our peoples still suffering from hunger and not just hunger but in children malnutrition is the main cause of death. In this very establish world there still places where scarcity of resource, resource that hardy need millions of rupees to install like water , sanitizing, electricity, hospitals ( this is unbelievable that we living in 21st century and we haven't achieve full electricity yet) . let just talk about hunger recently global hunger index published and India stand 94th out of the 107 countries with a score of 27.2. India has a level of hunger that is serious.
undernourishment:- 14% of India's population is undernourishment
child wasting:- 17.3% it has improved but not defeated yet
child stunting:-  34.7% it has improved too but you see there is a large numbers to be finished
child mortality:- 3.7% it was 5.2% in 2012

we are improving very slow in this regard and we need to spend more in this particular area to improve our citizens health even as a signatory of the UN resolution called the 2030 Agenda (sustainable development goals total 17 are there, to achieve, all connected to field of humanities )   where countries need to fulfill the requirement. but it seems like India will not able to achieve the 2nd SDG goal ( eradicate hunger from the world ) . For achieving the goal govt and private sector need to spend more and more to eradicate hunger for that we should promote genetically modify food that contain more than usual vitamins and proteins , one rupee thali program even provide free foods for very poor , spend more on integrated child development scheme, make it double the wages of MGNREGA workers, provide more types of foods in the National Food Security Act scheme and simplify the process of receiving foods under this Act
